Zip – Tuesday Use It In A Sentence

He opened his mouth, about to disagree with her idea, but the look in her eye told him she knew what he thinking and that he had better not say it, so he decided to play it safe and zip his lips instead. Her wrath would be far worse than her ill-thought idea, after all.

Zip – Tuesday Use It In A Sentence #tuesdayuseitinasentence

Abby and her friend Eric had gone to the park to go zip lining. Abby had seen people doing it before and thought zipping down a line like that would be fun. But when it was her turn and she stood on the platform, her vertigo got the better of her and she started to have second thoughts.

“I don’t know ,” Abby said. “Maybe this was a mistake.”

“It’ll be fine,” Eric said, reaching out to pat her on the back.

The next thing she knew, the pat had become a push and she went zipping down the line with a scream  of “I’ll get you for this, Eric!”
