Wage – Tuesday Use It In A Sentence #tuesdayuseitinasentence

When she heard her father was threatening to wage war because he thought the prince had kidnapped her, she was furious but also at a loss for what to do. If she returned home to explain she’d left the castle of her own will to be with the prince, she wouldn’t be believed and would be banned from leaving again. If the prince went with her, he would only be arrested, or worse. She paced in the garden, feeling as if her emotions were waging war with each other as she tried to decide what to do.

As Tony listened to the morning news and heard all the various crime reports he once again imagined himself as a caped crusader who could wage war on crime and protect his city, then he sighed and left to go to work at his minimum wage job.
