Ash – Tuesday Use It In A Sentence #tuesdayuseitinasentence

Ash watched the photos he tossed into the fire curl up and burn to ash, and hoped his memories of Amber would burn away with them, but the red embers left after the fire burned low only served to remind him of her red hair and fiery personality.

Memories Of Us – Stream of Consciousness Saturday #SoCS #poem

socsbadge2016-17

The touch of your hair

And warmth of your breath

On my cheek.

The feel of your hand

In my hand.

The light of joy

In your eyes.

All of the places

That we’ve been.

All of the things

That we’ve done.

All of the plans

That we made.

But you have gone

Without a goodbye

And left me here

With only these

Memories of us.
