Desert – Tuesday Use It In A Sentence #tuesdayuseitinasentence

Lance should have known better than to trust his GPS when it told him to turn off on a little side road that led him out into the desert with apparently nothing around for miles. He looked at his gas gauge and hoped he had enough to backtrack and find a gas station so he wouldn’t have to desert his car and walk until he found one.

Xeric – Tuesday Use It In A Sentence #tuesdayuseitinasentence

Eric stood at the edge of the cliff and stared down at the xeric landscape spreading out in front of him. “Perfect,” he said to himself as he beheld the dry, barren shrublands. “No one will think to look there.”

As a snake slithered across the desert ground in the distance, Eric turned and wandered off to look for a path leading down to the desert area from the cliff, dragging a large, heavy bag along behind him.
