She was working at her desk when he came in and told her there was something she needed to see out back in the yard. Irritated at being interrupted but also curious, she followed him to the backyard.
She stood on the deck and stared in shock at all of the pots of flowers arranged in the yard, spelling out “Marry Me”. Beside her, he dropped to his knee and held out a ring. With tears in her eyes, she turned to him and nodded, speechless but smiling.
